SHIFT: variable hours, 35 – 48 HOURS PER WEEK SALARY DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE & LOCATION
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Care Assistants [ Domiciliary, live-in, sittings day & night , respite, palliative ]to professionally and thoughtfully deliver care during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of our service users. To provide care to service users in accordance with their individually assessed needs to a high standard. Every day and every client is different. You will support your clients with a range of activities including personal care, medication, hydration, nutrition, companionship, health and well-being
You must have the following qualifications:
Care Certificate beneficial
NVQ qualification is preferred but not essential
Valid Driving Licence preferred but not essential , and must have your own reliable car.
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
Experience of working with older people
Knowledge and use assessment tools
Understand care planning processes
Use of Electronic Care Planning
We are looking for someone with the following technical skills:
IT Literate
Good organisational skills
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to contribute to, monitor and implement changes that improvement service delivery and outcomes for service users

Works collaboratively with others sharing ideas and information at all times
